DAY FORTY-FOUR (Psalm 89:14 – Psalm 108)

Compare Psalm 97:5 with Zechariah 4:7.  This is about literal mountains and other mountains that seem to be blocking our way.

David had the heart of a protector. (Psalm 101:5)

Psalm 106:8 – God saves for His glory and renown!

Psalm 107:36 – unless I’m reading this wrong, it seems that God settled them in a desert so that they could build it up.

DAY FORTY-THREE (Psalm 69:22 – Psalm 89:13)

Manna was the bread of angels (Psalm 78:25)

Part of God’s mercy towards us (Psalm 78:38) is that He know us (Psalm 78:39).

Peace is a promise from God to us (Psalm 85:8)

DAY FORTY-TWO (Psalm 45:15 – Psalm 69:21)

Psalm 48:8 – Often this is the process that we experience.  We hear first of what God can do and then we see Him do what we had heard about Him.

Yep, that’s it.  It was at this point that my reading went into lightning mode in order to keep up.  Psalms was brutal because everyday seemed like there were 25-30 readings, and note-taking quickly became nonexistent.

DAY FORTY-ONE (Psalm 25 – 45:14)

Stuffing emotions is never a good thing! (Psalm 39:2-3)

All of us experience the highs and lows of walking with Jesus (Psalm 42:4).  The answer? Turn our attention from us (specifically trusting our emotions in those times) to Him. (Psalm 42:5)

Psalm 44 is perhaps the most honest prayer I’ve ever read.  God can definitely handle our honesty!

DAY FORTY (Job 42 – Psalm 24)

Job 42:3 and 5 – these are the only healthy conclusions

Psalm 1:3 – How awesome to know that as I love and meditate on the Word through these 90 days, I will become what is described here!

Psalm 9:10 – God is approachable and dependable.

Psalm 12:6 – the Bible is pure and has no hidden agenda!

Psalm 15 – we can be near God when we 1) do right things, 2) speak truth that we’re living, 3) don’t lie or gossip, 4) give honor, 5) keep our word, and 6) are free from the evil uses of money.

Psalm 18:35 – God stooped down to make us great!

Psalm 19:12 – a great prayer to pray daily
