Woman shot by man at YWCA

So a man shot the mother of his 2 children in front of one of them while they waited at the YWCA for the other one to finish his swimming lessons. Then he got away when he should never have been allowed to be there in the first place.

When you go read the full story at Fox News, I think you’ll agree that there are many things wrong with this story on so many levels, but the biggest thing that gets me about it is the last sentence. What is wrong with our legal system when stuff like this can happen?
