100 Pushups: W1,D3

Reading Time: < 1 minute

Today I wrapped up the first week of the 6 week training program I found over at hundredpushups.com. It calls for the typical 5 sets like the other days but this time with a 2 minute rest between each set. Here are my results:

15-13-10-10-[40] for a total of 88 push ups.

I am glad that I’ve seen some improvement in the number of push ups I’ve been able to do, but honestly I was more excited that when I was done with that last exhaustion set, I was still able to move my arms. Eating meals today would have been much harder if I couldn’t.

Word on the street is that another person many of us know might be giving this challenge a go. We’ll release the name if and when it happens. It’s amazing how many people like having sore pecs. Weird.
