100 Pushups: W2,D3

Today I finished up the second week of the hundredpushups.com program. 5 sets of push ups with 2 minutes of rest in between each. Here are my results:

15-15-12-12-[33] for a total of 87 push ups

I also finished my 6th week of the One Hour Runner program. It felt pretty cool to run for 41 minutes without stopping.
