Video highlights from the first XC meet of the year for Park Ridge Cross Country. We ran at McAlpine in Charlotte, NC, and saw some pretty impressive times from the group. Parker and Will each have already dropped over 10 minutes off the times they had at the beginning of practices less than a month ago (Ok, everyone’s improved, but I’m a tad partial. Sue me).
Guys placed 7/10 teams.
Girls placed 7/8 teams.
