Oneness

Reading Time: < 1 minute

In John 17, Jesus prayed for everyone who would come to believe His message. He prayed that we would be one just as He and the Father are one.

When we’re one with another person or with a group of people, there’s no space between us. Hearts are aligned. Thoughts are aligned. Paths are aligned.

That’s where God releases blessing (Psalm 133:3).

In oneness, even one degree of separation becomes noticeable. Pay attention to the space that can quickly grow between you and the Father, or between you and another, or you and a group of people who were one with.

It may seem small, but being just one degree off-course now can lead to ending up miles off-course later.
