Not that I was actually living on it, but I’m now 2 days into a little program I found on the web called The Couch-to-5K Running Plan and I’m still convinced of 2 things:
1. I hate running.
2. I hate quitting more.
So, I’ll continue. Only 8 weeks and a couple days until I’m ready for the 5K!
How far are you into this and when are you doing your workout? I’m not on the couch much but I could handle running at least a 2.9K someday.
Have you looked at the program? Tomorrow I’ll finish up week one. Ideally I’m trying to get the running done in the mornings on M-W-F, although yesterday I ran after 5.
