Interruptions

Reading Time: < 1 minute

All of us get interrupted. Life wouldn’t be life without a few of them multiple times a day. The trick isn’t avoiding them, but rebounding from them.

For creative types (that’d be me), interruptions can be a little harder to recover from because the creative flow often needs to be primed again once it’s stopped, but recovery is still necessary.

If someone or something has stopped you unexpectedly, it doesn’t have to stop you permanently.

Get back at it. Whatever you were doing is worth continuing.
