The Suns can’t melt the Bobcats

Phoenix vs. Charlotte – Recap – January 23, 2009 – ESPN

I don’t do a lot of blogging about the Charlotte Bobcats, because usually there isn’t a lot to blog about. However, there recent run of 5 wins and 1 loss, and 11 wins in the last 18, has them playing some pretty good ball and with a realistic chance to make the playoffs. (Yes, it is sad when an 18-25 team is still in the playoff picture, but that’s the NBA for you.)

Anyway, last night the home team destroyed the Phoenix Suns (who have a great name, but more about that later) by a score of 98-76. And, in a fact that should make Mr. Baucom happy, it was apparently all a result of Dean Smith. Read the story to find out.
