UPDATE: Couch-to-5k

So, this morning I finished up the first week of the program I’m following to get me ready for my first ever 5k. It’s a great “ease you in” type program that I found online. The easiest day was the first one, probably because I had no idea what to expect. But, I have done 1/9 of it. Yippee.

Keep checking back for more updates. They will include more whining, but no girl crying like that Mark guy on The Biggest Loser.
